Henrique Medina: Talent, Art and Beauty
Author: Henrique Medina
“The time has come for us to pay a fair homage to Henrique Medina, making the most of the occasion that marks thirty years since his passing. He radiated talent throughout the entire twentieth century. From Porto, he travelled all over the world, leaving behind works of enormous value on various continents. Some of his works – great honour – were given by him to the Archdiocese of Braga, and can be found at the Henrique Medina Museum, which is itself part of the Pius XII Museum. (…) In all, the Henrique Medina Museum includes 80 pieces, some portraits (at which Medina is unbeatable!), landscapes and still lifes.”
